Lourdes
has formed a Patient and Family Advisory Council. We believe
the voice of our patients and family members should be included in
decisions and plans that affect them.
We want your help in guiding our work and achieving these
goals:
- To ensure that care at Lourdes is Patient/family centered
- To bring patient/family needs and concerns to Lourdes staff and
leadership
- To improve patient and family satisfaction
- To further build a positive relationship between Lourdes and
members of the community.

Lourdes or you are the family member of a patient and are
interested in serving on the council,
