An on-call physician may be reached by calling the office telephone number. The answering service will assist you.

Convenient Location:
Easy access from Rt. 17; located between Harry L. Drive and Main St. in Johnson City. Plenty of parking with easy access to our office. Our facility is a street-level building which provides easy access for our patients in wheelchairs or with disabilities.

In Case of Emergency:
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, difficulty breathing, serious injury or bleeding, severe pain, or are pregnant and experiencing contractions.

Our Staff

Dr. Sheth specializes in Internal Medicine and treat patients ages 16 and over. Dr. Zander specializes in Internal Medicine. Our physicians are board certified and our practice is accepting new patients. Same day sick calls are available for established patients.

Lab Services

Laboratory services are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your physician's order with you.

Prescription Refills

All refills must be requested 24 hours in advance, Monday through Thursday. Refills will be called into the pharmacy late in the afternoon. You can also request a prescription renewal online.

Missed Appointments

Your appointment is important. If you cannot meet your appointment, please call our office to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Reminders

Insurance cards must be presented at the time of visit.
Co-payments are expected at the time of visit.

Neelima A Sheth, MD Dr. Sheth graduated from University of Bombay. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. She is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
David Zander, MD Dr. Zander graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He specialized in Internal Medicine.
