Full-time FP for Active Walk-In Clinic
Committed Family Practitioner with Urgent Care or ER experience
needed for busy walk-in clinic treating more than 20,000 patients a
year. Ideal candidate will bring strong mission-based values to
their work in the clinic. The work schedule consists of two
11-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week. No call. No
inpatient coverage.
Package
Two-year salary guarantee with productivity bonus potential
followed by RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the
amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. 32 days of
PTO per year, CME stipend, Malpractice insurance and tail,
relocation expenses, full benefit package and all licenses and
fees.
Facility
The clinics, affiliated with Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial
Hospital, serve the vital mission to promote access to quality
healthcare in the community. Both physicians
and midlevels work side by side in the clinics with
the support of an experienced staff. The clinics
are open extended hours to accommodate the needs of working
families.
