Internal Medicine
The Lourdes Physician Network, which employs over 90 primary
care providers, is seeking an outstanding BC/BE Internal Medicine
physician. The position offers an outpatient service model The
dedicated physicians in the Network enjoy collegial relationships
with their fellow, a diverse patient mix and a community that is
extremely loyal to the Lourdes Primary Care Network.
Package
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a two-year
salary guarantee followed by RVU-based compensation structure that
recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue
collected. 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, malpractice
insurance, relocation expenses, and the payment of licenses and
fees are components of a competitive benefits package.
Facility
Lourdes is a not-for-profit, 160-bed, full-service community
hospital with 15 primary care network practices located in the
upstate New York city of Binghamton. The hospital has over 400
independent specialists and primary care physicians on its medical
staff. Lourdes is a member of Ascension Health, the largest

quality of care provided by Lourdes has been recognized nationally
through accreditations and designations. 30 years ago, Lourdes
