Pre-registration is required for outpatient testing, surgical
procedures, and physician services. Pre-registering for your
service in the days prior to your scheduled appointment can save
you time at check-in when you arrive for your appointment. It also
allows you to provide registration information confidentially in
the privacy of your own home. For your convenience and
privacy, we strongly encourage all patients to
pre-register.
Hospital Services

Patients scheduled for outpatient testing and surgical
procedures may pre-register by calling 607-584-5515, Monday through
Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30
PM. Please have your insurance cards and health care provider's
written orders (if applicable) available when calling. Patients who
have pre-registered may go directly to their appointment location
upon arrival the day of the test or procedure. Please be sure to
check-in at your appointment location.

Patients scheduled for an appointment with a Lourdes provider
may pre-register by calling
607-584-5516, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and
Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Please have your insurance cards
available when calling. Please pre-register at least two (2)
business days prior to your scheduled appointment date. Be
sure to check-in when you arrive for your appointment.

Patients who have not pre-registered for
outpatient testing or surgical procedures should go to Central
Registration prior to proceeding to their appointment location.
Central Registration is conveniently located on the Ground Floor
of the Ambulatory Care Center, next to the Outpatient Laboratory.
Patients can register for hospital services such as Diagnostic
Imaging, Cardiology, Pre-Admission Testing, GI Lab procedures and
Ambulatory Surgery.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to
8:30 PM, and Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays from 7:00 AM to 3:30
PM.
