Lourdes Care Plus program is open to anyone who carries Medicare Parts A
and B.

Its benefits include:

• Cafeteria meal discounts: 30% discount in our "All Spice Cafe" for cardholder when presented to cashier.  
• Supper Club: available from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM daily. Includes soup, entree, vegetable, bread & butter, beverage, and dessert.
• Free physician referral services: If you do not have a family physician or need specialty care, we can put you in touch with doctors who can help. Call 1-877-9Lourdes for assistance.
