Lourdes Health Support, LLC, is a joint venture between Lourdes
Hospital and Franciscan Health Support, and is a home medical
equipment provider specializing in respiratory care. Franciscan
Health Support is owned by St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse and is
a New York State Licensed Homecare Services Agency and Durable
Medical Equipment Supplier. The goal of this collaborative effort
is to reduce patients' length of stay and the number of
readmissions to the hospital.

Delaware, Sullivan, Otsego, Cortland, Chemung and Tompkins
counties.
