If You Have Pre-Registered
Pre-registration is available for Diagnostic Imaging
services. Pre-registering for your service in the days prior
to your scheduled appointment can save you time at check-in when
you arrive for your appointment. It also allows you to provide
registration information confidentially in the privacy of your own
home. For your convenience and privacy, we strongly encourage
all patients to pre-register. You can pre-register by
calling 607-584-5515, Monday through Thursday from 8:00
AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Patients who have pre-registered may go
directly to the Diagnostic Imaging Department to check-in.
If you have pre-registered for your appointment, you may park in
the G Lot. Enter through the new Main Entrance, go straight then
take elevators 15 & 16 to the Main floor. Turn to your left
when you exit the elevator, cross the lobby then follow the ramp
down to the end. Diagnostic Imaging check-in is through the doorway
at the end of the ramp.
If You Have NOT Pre-Registered
On the day of your appointment, check-in at the
Registration Office, which is located on the Ground floor of the
Ambulatory Care Center. Please be prepared to present photo
identification and insurance information.
After check-in at the Registration Office, proceed to the
Diagnostic Imaging Department. Take elevators 15 & 16 to the
Main floor. Turn to your left when you exit the elevator, cross the
lobby then follow the ramp down to the end. Diagnostic Imaging
check-in is through the doorway at the end of the ramp.
