Family Practice (No OB)
The Lourdes Physician Network, which employs over 90 primary
care providers, is seeking an outstanding BC/BE Family Practice
physician. The opportunity is one of a traditional outpatient
service model. Physicians in the Network enjoy collegial
relationships with their fellow providers and a community that is
extremely loyal to the Lourdes system of care.
Package
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a two-year
salary guarantee followed by a RVU-based compensation structure
that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue
collected. 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, malpractice
insurance, relocation expenses, and the payment of licenses and
fees are components of a competitive benefits package.
Facility
Lourdes is a not-for-profit, 160-bed, full-service community
hospital with 15 primary care network practices that has served the
city of Binghamton and surrounding areas since 1925. The hospital
has over 400 independent specialists and primary care physicians on
its medical staff. Lourdes is a member of Ascension Health, the
largest Catholic not-for-profit health care system in the country.
The quality of care provided by Lourdes has been recognized
nationally through accreditations and designations. 30 years ago,
Lourdes opened the region's first comprehensive Cancer Care Center.
